Sanjay Kumar - CEO & MD

Sanjay Kumar graduated in Physics from the University of Delhi and holds an MBA degree from IRMA Gujarat.

Sanjay worked with Royal Dutch Shell Group for over 18 years, where he held various positions in Europe and Asia: set up joint-ventures, developed Shell’s Bitumen market in India, turned around the oil giant retail-lubricants business in 13 Asia-Pacific countries, including Oceania and China, launched several targeted consumer-initiative programs in Germany, Greece and Turkey and launch a Business Intelligence and Strategic Consulting unit in India. In March 2012 he was appointed CEO of Altran India, member of the Management Committee. During his 5-year tenure within Altran, he led the growth of the company from 250 engineers to nearly 2,000 engineers.

Sanjay also supported the acquisitions of three companies and their integration within the Altran group.

Rohit Sawhney – CFO

“A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 19 years of experience.”

Before being appointed Chief Financial Officer of Elior India, Rohit served as CFO at Gate Gourmet India.

Rohit was on the board of Directors in addition to being the CFO. Prior to joining Gate Group, Rohit was with Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG). Rohit joined as Director, Payables and in his last role was Vice President, Head of Finance operation India headed the finance operations for India and IHG Global finance shared service center in India. During his tenure with IHG, Rohit held a number of senior roles in the finance of organization where he worked with global teams in implementing finance and procurement strategies for all managed properties of IHG. Prior to joining Gate Group and IHG, Rohit has worked as a finance professional heading global teams in organizations like Hewlett Packard and Oracle.

Puja Harika – Director, Strategy & Planning

“Over 8 years of experience in helping companies achieve strategic growth objectives by driving informed, and empowered acquisition, and reorganization decisions.”

Puja started her career with the Corporate Finance practice of Kotak Mahindra Bank in India.

She then moved to the UK to pursue her Master’s degree in Business Studies. Thereafter she returned to India and was with the Technology Strategy Practice of PwC. After this experience Puja joined Altran, a French Engineering Service firm. Reporting to the CEO’s office she was responsible for the Strategic Initiatives and M&A for Altran in India.

Tilak Das - Director, HR

Over 15 years of experience in Talent Management and Development

Tilak holds a B. Pharm Degree from NITTE Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mangalore University and PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Tilak has had exposure in companies such as Nestle India Ltd, Bharti Airtel Ltd and Sodexo On-Site Services. At Bharti Airtel Ltd, Tilak held positions of Regional HR Head, Head – OD & Workforce and Head – Talent Management and Development where he designed, developed and implemented Career Path principles for employees across different functions in the unit and managed Talent Review process. 

While in Sodexo for 4 long years, Tilak was heading the HR function for North, South and East regions of India. He spearheaded a critical business integration project arising out of an acquisition and was instrumental in driving key HR projects during his stint at Sodexo.


Rajanna.R - Director, Procurement

Rajanna brings Elior India a record of 15 years of experience in supply chain management. He began his career with NDDB-Safal Fruit &Vegetables Products Ltd and moved to Metro Cash and Carry India Pvt Ltd. Thereafter at Reliance Industries India Pvt Ltd, he structured the process to maintain a continuous supply of materials, designed materials procurement plan along with quality and delivery parameters to support the production schedule.

Rajanna was instrumental in identifying and implementing supply chain network designs in Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore. During his tenure at Sodexo India Rajanna successfully lead PAN INDIA - SUPPLY CHAIN Team spread across eight regions having a 35-member strength.

He holds a Post Graduation degree in Agriculture & Management from Pune University.


Arvind Kumar - Director - IT & Digital Innovation

“Over 16+ years of rich industry experience in various verticals for managing IT Infrastructure, Operations, Business Applications, IT Service Management, IT Security, Project Management, Vendor Management and Team Management.”

Arvind has completed MBA - IT with Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering. Along with great experience in his basket, he also comes with various certifications in ITIL, CEH, VCP, Microsoft Azure Cloud, CCNSP, CCNA, 6 Sigma (White Belt), DBA / App development skills.
