She will be spearheading various projects related to Elior India's business HR initiatives including end-to-end Talent Management, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Employee Development, Culture and Employee experience in order to make Elior India the best place to work. Sindhu has over 18 years of experience and has held HR Leadership roles in diverse Industries & geographies across renowned brands such as Tata, Ola and Third Wave Coffee.
